I am going to try to go to sleep now
but I get premonitiony~ about when I’m going to have a bad night’s sleep, and this is definitely one of those nights. at least the cramps are mostly-gone; they were really, REALLY awful all of yesterday, but they are okayish today. my mind is in a weird place, though. crossing my fingers for no nightmares.
